We’re on the lookout for an experienced Team Leader who will be responsible for achievement of set sales turnover in a given territory and effective management of sales staff to realize maximum product availability at all times at the least possible cost. Execute programs and ensure high standards on customer management and retail execution.

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for:

  • Sales management: Achievement of set sales objectives
  • Account managementt and alignment
  • Continously driving operatinal excellence
  • Effective people management and mangement of self
  • Effective Administration
Requirements

What are we looking for?

  • 3 years’ or more experience in the FMCG industry as a senior sales representative
  • Degree, Higher or Basic Diploma in sales & marketing or relevant field
  • Valid driver's license
  • Customer Service Skills
  • Communication Skills (verbal & written)
